Have you played it before? I'm rather surprised that a pillar of the BritOSR hasn't played the big British rpg campaign.
Own it but never played it. I bought it all in one go and I think the size of it intimidated us. We only ever used Middenheim City of the White Wolf (aka Warhammer City) and since I haven't seen my copy of EW in years I can barely remember anything about it other than the superlative Castle Wittgenstein
I see that your GM has two young children. Since the arrival of our second we haven't managed a single RPG session - maybe play-by-post/forum is the way to go. I did play in a Pendragon game on RPOL for a while, but the pace was glacial.
Of course, one of the players in our group having just started a band has hardly helped, either...Are the play posts all going to be posted online? It might be a good game to follow.
DrBargle Erny here, the GM in question. Yes pbp is the way to go for those of us with kids time commitment per day is low but across a week progress can still be made. I used to game weekly sometimes multiple sessions a week. All gone now, just the occasional weekend on Friday night session. The plan if I can get blogger to work how I think I can is to have each player as an author on the blog and so each post available to read.
Coop, you should have had an invitation to join the Enemy within blogg as an author, if you could accept it I'll know you have received it otherwise I'll need to work out why. We have a good collection of enthusiastic bloggers ready to go I'll be posting characters soon and you'll need to be able to nab the one you want!
